Delicious tea cocktail, alcohol-free, ideal as an aperitif and good for everyone, young or old! An original way to taste an exotic tea like Milky Oolong. Find it among the appellation green teas.
INGREDIENTS
- 7-8 heaped teaspoons of Milky Oolong Semi-Fermented Tea
- 1 dash of milk
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1 handful of ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Pour 1 litre of water heated to about 80°C over the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Then transfer the infusion to a large carafe filled with ice cubes. Let cool completely.
- Add a little milk. At this point, the tea, once cooled, is already a delight.
- Perfect this composition by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream per glass and for even more flavours, follow our variation!
- Only for the grown-ups, try adding a little chocolate liqueur!
