Description
Pai Mu Tan is considered the best known and most popular “white tea” in the West. A tea plant called Chaicha or Narcissus grows this tea in Fujian province and it is also known as “White Peony”. After picking, the tea is dried in the sun or in closed rooms, without technical means.
The foliage offers us a play of green colors in all facets, it is very voluminous and has a beautiful proportion of silver and white elongated leaf tips. The cup is amber and gives an elegant and spicy taste. Origine Organic
