Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Cartes-cadeaux
  • Logiciels téléchargeables
  • Certains articles de santé et de soins personnels

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Livre présentant des signes évidents d’utilisation
  • CD, DVD, cassette VHS, logiciel, jeu vidéo, cassette ou disque vinyle qui a été ouvert.
  • Tout article qui n’est pas dans son état d’origine, qui est endommagé ou auquel il manque des pièces pour des raisons qui ne sont pas dues à notre erreur.
  • Tout article retourné plus de 30 jours après la livraison.

Remboursements

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Échanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@the-gourmand.com and send your item to: 5 Résidence du Golfe 56000 Vannes.

Cadeaux

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Expédition des retours

To return your product, you must send it by post to 5 Résidence du Golfe 56000 Vannes.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
