Dependiendo de las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, los tonos de los brotes de <strong>Ya Bao<\/strong> cambian de blanco cremoso a tonos de verde musgo ligeramente cambiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La producci\u00f3n es bastante purista: casi no hay intervencion de la mano del Hombre, pues crece de manera silvestre; despu\u00e9s de la recolecci\u00f3n, los cogollos o brotes se secan a la luz del sol. Tambi\u00e9n se les llama \u00abpu-erh blanco\u00bb, porque el almacenamiento prolongado, llamado \u00abenvejecimiento\u00bb, permite alcanzar otros grados de madurez.
