Los tallos y las partes de hojas rotas se eliminan a mano. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sencha significa \u00abt\u00e9 al vapor\u00bb. Este t\u00e9 se procesa cuidadosamente y se cuece ligeramente al vapor antes de enrollarse y secarse. La hoja obtiene as\u00ed una estructura muy fina y fr\u00e1gil. La infusi\u00f3n es de un brillante verde oliva claro. <strong>Su sabor es inconfundible con notas marinas dominantes y prolongadas<\/strong>.
