{"id":3973,"date":"2022-08-30T01:17:54","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T23:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.the-gourmand.com\/?p=3973"},"modified":"2022-08-30T02:00:07","modified_gmt":"2022-08-30T00:00:07","slug":"filete-de-salmon-marinado-lapsang-souchong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.the-gourmand.com\/es\/filete-de-salmon-marinado-lapsang-souchong\/","title":{"rendered":"FILETE DE SALM\u00d3N MARINADO CON LAPSANG SOUCHONG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si marina su salm\u00f3n, una gran opci\u00f3n es agregar t\u00e9 ahumado LAPSANG SOUCHONG* a tu mezcla de especias para darle un sabor agradable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g de az\u00facar moreno, 150 g de sal gris, 10 g de jengibre cortado*, 5 g de pimienta negra molida, un manojo de eneldo, la ralladura de una naranja y un lim\u00f3n, de 70 g a 100 g de LAPSANG SOUCHONG* por 1 kilo de salm\u00f3n con piel.<\/p>\n<p>*Disponible en nuestra tienda virtual Th\u00e9 Gourmand<strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-gourmand.com\/es\/produit\/lapsang-souchong\/\">Lapsang Souchong<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-gourmand.com\/es\/produit\/jenjibre\/\">Jenjibre<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para tener \u00e9xito, ponga en un plato un cuarto de la mezcla, y sobre esta mezcla, el salm\u00f3n con la piel hacia abajo; luego cubra el pescado con el resto de la mezcla y cubra con una pel\u00edcula para alimentos. Coloque sobre \u00e9l otro plato que no toque los bordes del primero, y en el plat\u00f3 ponga un peso de un kilo y deja marinar en el frigor\u00edfico 24 horas o m\u00e1s. (Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo se permita marinar el salm\u00f3n, m\u00e1s sabr\u00e1 y madurar\u00e1). Una vez que haya pasado el tiempo de la marinada, saque el salm\u00f3n de la salmuera y d\u00e9jelo reposar durante la noche antes de cortarlo en rodajas finas.<\/p>\n<p>Dos opciones para servirlo son: 1. En ensalada japonesa, donde el aderezo contiene un poco de salsa de soja, y unas gotas de zumo de lim\u00f3n, con brotes de soja, pepino, algas en tiras finas y s\u00e9samo espolvoreado sobre la ensalada (ver foto) 2.
