Here&#8217;s the recipe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">200g \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 round rice (1 glass)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tablespoons lemon juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tablespoon sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/2 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 teaspoons matcha tea<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">300 ml \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cold water<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wash the rice in cold water, stirring gently and drain. Repeat this wash several times until the water remains clear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cooking rice according to Taro IMIYAKI: Put the rice with cold water (1,5 volume of rice) in a pressure cooker, close the lid and heat over high heat until the steam begins to escape through the valve. Turn off and leave the casserole closed for at least 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice with the salt and matcha tea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Open the casserole and transfer the cooked rice to a wooden or ceramic bowl. Drizzle the rice with the tea mixture and stir with a wooden spatula, lifting the rice to cool it.
